We currently do not run any page-view analytics on this site.

Affiliate link clicks

When you click an affiliate link (any link that starts with /go/), our server counts the click before sending you on. We record the link, the page and button you clicked, the campaign tags of the link that brought you here (such as utm_source), whether you arrived from an ad (yes or no only), the website that referred you (its domain only), your country and whether you use a phone or a computer. We do not record your IP address, your full browser details, ad click IDs or any cookie, and we cannot tell who you are. To remember the campaign tags while you browse, the site keeps them in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. Click counts are kept for up to three months.

Theme preference

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Generator drafts and share links

The free generators save what you type in your browser's local storage so a reload does not lose your work. A share link stores the form in the part of the URL after #, which browsers never send to our server. Anyone you give the link to can read what it contains.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address is processed by our newsletter provider solely to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Tool submissions

When you submit a tool, we receive the details you enter (and your email, if you provide one) so we can review the listing and reply. We do not use it for anything else.

Fonts and third parties

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request. Links to other websites, including affiliate links, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
